Refund and Returns Policy

All books sold through JaVon Publication, Inc. are shipped directly by the author from limited stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us at gatheredgraceintelligence@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement copy or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Order Cancellations

An order can be cancelled for a full refund only before it has shipped. Once a book has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because these are physical books printed in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect (for example, a change of mind). All other sales are final.
